Return to the previous screen by tapping on “< Contacts” at the top left corner.
Tap on “Default Account” under “My Info” section
Select an account other than any cloud-based service like Google or iCloud.

Now that all accounts have been disabled and no default account is selected for saving new contacts, you can proceed with deleting all existing contacts:

Open the “Contacts” app on your iPhone.
Tap on the “Groups” button at the top left corner of the screen.
Uncheck all groups except for “All iCloud.”
This will display only iCloud contacts on your screen.
Tap on any contact to open it and then tap on “Edit.”
Scroll down to the bottom of the edit screen and tap on “Delete Contact.” Confirm by tapping “Delete Contact” again in the pop-up message.

Repeat steps 5 and 6 for each contact until all have been deleted from your device.
